Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with experience in Oncology and/or Palliative Care who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in the assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient care to support safe and effective clinical outcomes. You will possess strong communication and active listening skills, enabling you to establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members. With a holistic approach to care, you will recognise and respond to the physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs of patients experiencing cancer and related treatments. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute positively to coordinated care planning, shared decision-making, and the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes and experiences.

This is both an independent and collaborative role where you’ll promote and support the health & wellbeing of Aboriginal children and families through person centred, sensitive and culturally responsive care through monitoring, education, prevention, promotion and early intervention strategies. Your work will have a real impact on the health and wellbeing of local families, helping to shape the next generation in a small, connected town.
This position will work in partnership with an Aboriginal Health Education Officer and in collaboration with the Moree Aboriginal community to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal children.
What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate qualifications in the field of Child and Family Health Nursing, or working towards. Certified Nurse Immuniser would be desirable.
- Effective communication and advocacy skills.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.

The Research Nurse / Study Coordinators role is an eclectic one solely to give the successful candidate a broad understanding of the conduct and management of clinical trials.

Cabrini provides a private model of maternity care, partnering with accredited Obstetricians and Paediatricians to deliver evidence-based care.
Our service includes 6 Birthing Suites, 25 Postnatal Beds and a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, supported by a multidisciplinary team of Midwives, Registered Nurses and Lactation Consultants. You'll have the opportunity to work across Birth Suite, Postnatal and Special Care Nursery.
About the Role
As a Registered Midwife, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
You will:
Provide high-quality, woman-centred maternity care
Support women and their families throughout their maternity journey
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Care for women with both low-risk and complex maternity needs
Contribute to exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
A minimum of 3 years' midwifery experience
Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent Australian-recognised qualification
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About the role
As a New Graduate Enrolled Nurse, you will have the opportunity to consolidate your nursing knowledge and develop your clinical skills through planned rotations across a variety of inpatient environments.
You will work alongside Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Nurse Unit Managers, medical officers, allied health professionals and clinical educators who are committed to supporting you as you develop into a confident and capable Enrolled Nurse.
You will:
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of individualised nursing care.

- Administer medications in accordance with your endorsement and NSW Health policies and procedures.

The Mental Health Casual Pool provides flexible nursing coverage across a wide range of inpatient units and community-based mental health services throughout the Local Health District (LHD).
Our inpatient services are located at:

About the Role
As a member of the Mental Health Casual Pool, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, person-centred care to people experiencing mental health challenges.
You will:
- Provide safe, evidence-based and recovery-oriented nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Support consumers with activities of daily living, personal care and health needs.
- Build therapeutic and respectful relationships with consumers, families and carers.
- Monitor and report changes in consumers' physical health, behaviour and mental state to the Registered Nurse.
- Contribute to the implementation of individualised care plans under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse.
- Assist with health promotion, recovery-focused activities and therapeutic programs.
- Support consumers with complex physical and mental health needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Adapt your practice to different mental health settings and consumer needs.
- Participate in 8- or 10-hour shifts, available seven days a week, depending on service requirements.
- Choose shifts across the LHD at your discretion — work close to home or explore opportunities further afield.
- Participate in community outreach roles where required, noting that some positions, particularly in rural areas, involve travel.
