At the Transition to Residential Aged Care Unit, you will do more than provide nursing care. You will support older people and their families through an important transition in their lives, helping each person feel safe, respected and supported throughout their care journey.
Our 20-bed unit provides acute nursing care alongside compassionate, person-centred support for patients transitioning into residential aged care.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality geriatric, palliative and supportive care while developing meaningful relationships with patients, families and carers. You will play an important role in ensuring care is delivered with dignity, compassion and respect.

- Genuine interest in older people and geriatric nursing.
- Caring approach to aged care, dementia and medical nursing.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and carers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
