SHIFTS:

Occ health and GP
Dates: asap ongoing
- Required rostered hours - minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $250 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
- Car hire per day booked by agency
- Flights: lowest fare applicable allowed

Clinic QLD – Occ health ONLY
Dates: 6 Jan 2025- 31 March 2025
Required Hours -Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am - 5pm.Tuesday, Thursday : 10am – 7pm .Saturday: 8am - 11am
- Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $280 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
- Accommodation
- Provided (with accommodation we can provided at a Motel or can try and book in somewhere with cooking facilities if you prefer. There is an option of a room at a shared house but would think you would prefer your own accommodation. It is a 2 storey, 4 bedroom house with a pool. Normally only one or 2 in the house at one time
- Flights booked by agency
- Car can be booked by agency or provided?
Qualifications Required: See below we need to ensure the doctor is either Occupational Medicine registrar or specialist

Dates: • The week in July is for Clinic and Hospital – 23/07 to 30/07
23 July to 30 July 2024
- These dates are for a GP to do 24/7 on call at the hospital and also work in the clinic.
- Hospital: Moranbah Hospital, QLD
- Centre Operating Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon – Fri (1 hour lunch); 8.00am -12.30pm Sat; 9.00am – 12.00pm Sun
- Hospital On Call Hours: Hospital on call 24/7
- Services Fee (daily rate): Applicable only to the operation of the Practice from the Centre for at least 8 hours per day:
- Monday to Friday from 8.00-5.00 - $1,500 (+ GST) per day
- Sat – Sun - public holidays and not full days worked - $187.50 (+GST) per hour
- In addition to the Services Fee above, the Locum will be paid for On Call Services based on the following rates:
- For Hospital On Call Services provided for a 24 hour period commencing 23/07 to 30/07 12.30pm to 24 October 12.30pm the rate will be $1,700 (+ GST) per 24 hours.
