RATE: $200 PER HOUR
7th - 13th September            1300-2300
5th - 11th October               1300-2300
2nd - 8th November              1300-2300

ED CMO NIGHTS IN CHARGE (ALS2 needed) PGY5+
RATE: $230 per hour
Times: 2230-0830
13th - 19th July *increased rate $270 per hour
27th July - 2nd August
10th - 16th August
24th - 30th August
7th - 13th September
21st - 27th September
5th - 11th October
19th - 25th October
2nd - 8th November
16th - 22nd November
30th November - 6th December
14th - 20th December
