A Northern SA clinic/hospital requires a Specialist in General Practice from 11/01/2027 to 01/02/2027.

Clinic opening hours
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (locum required to work 8:00 am - 7:00 pm with a 1.5-hour lunch break)
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (no lunch break)

Placement Structure
Week 1
8:00 am Monday, 11 January to 8:00 am Monday, 18 January
• GP clinic and on-call responsibilities

Week 2
8:00 am Monday, 18 January to 5:00 pm Friday, 22 January
• GP clinic only (no on-call requirements)
• No weekend work required

Week 3
8:00 am Monday, 25 January to 8:00 am Monday, 1 February
• GP clinic and on-call responsibilities

• $2,500 per day during on-call weeks • $2,300 per day during non-on-call clinic days

• Located 511 km north of Adelaide SA, this town has a highly transient mine worker population of around 4,000. This surgery is a private GP practice that supports the emergency department at the local hospital.
• Flights, vehicle and a 3 bedroom home, suitable for family accommodation provided
• Recent ED experience and ALS2 or equivalent required. SA credentialed Doctors preferred, but all Doctors considered.
