A locum Consultant Psychiatrist is required for the Mental Health Observation Area (MHOA) at a Coastal WA Hospital from 29/09/2026 to 09/10/2026.

29/09/2026 08:30 to 09/10/2026 16:30

On-call component is applicable as rostered. Weeknight on-call is included in the daily rate. Weekend on-call has close availability payment applicable. Call-ins are paid at 1/10th of the weekday rate up to a maximum of the daily rate.

• Located 175 km south of Perth, this port town has approximately 46,215 residents
• This hospital has a 24hr specialist led emergency department, a high dependency unit, an intensive care unit, medical and surgical wards, paediatric ward, maternity ward, subacute rehabilittion ward, an acute psychiatric unit, a theatre complex, outpatient areas and has a 190 bed capacity
